<p>Analysis on the Application Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Cardiology Department</p>

Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing in cardiology department.Methods A total of 60 inpatients in cardiology department from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received routine western medicine nursing, and the experimental group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on this basis. The clinical effect, TCM syndrome scores before and after nursing, and cardiac function classification were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The number of effective cases in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased, and the decrease in the experimental group was more significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the cardiac function classification in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing can effectively improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients in cardiology department, and has positive clinical promotion significance.
