<p>Nursing practice of prevention and control of nosocomial infection in a patient with severe pneumonia treated by ECMO</p>

Abstract: This paper summarizes the nursing practice of a severe pneumonia patient’s nosocomial infection prevention and control measures during ECMO treatment, and the nurse’s implementation of nosocomial infection prevention and control measures and the combined application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the whole process of tube placement cooperation, ECMO pipeline nursing, ventilator pipeline nursing, skin care, nutritional support, monitoring and environmental cleaning and disinfection, aiming at exploring and summarizing the key points and difficulties of nosocomial infection prevention and control of such patients, providing reference for clinical nursing work, reducing the risk of infection and improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients. At the same time, it highlights the important significance and value of nursing work in the prevention and control of hospital feeling.
