Abstract： This paper summarized the nursing experience of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of a patient with psoriasis vulgaris. After admission, the patient was improved by the nursing evaluation, syndrome differentiation analysis, based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, carry out emotional nursing, diet guidance, the use of traditional Chinese medicine technology moxibustion, traditional Chinese medicine collapse treatment and other traditional Chinese medicine nursing, strengthen the integration of health care.After two weeks ,ffectively the degree of skin lesions of the patient has been reduced , the degree of itching has been alleviated, the quality of sleep has been improved, and,the patients' quality of life has been improved .

Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hot application of Chinese herbal medicine hard paste on knee osteoarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods Sixty patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Pain Department of The First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases each, using the random number table method. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group added hot compresses with Chinese herbal medicine hard paste on the basis of conventional treatment, and both groups were treated once a day for two consecutive weeks. Observation indexes included visual analogue score (VAS), osteoarthritis index (WOMAC) score, clinical efficacy, blood sedimentation, C-reactive protein and so on.Results After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 95% (28/34), which was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was 80% (24/30) (P<0.05), and the VAS, WOMAC scores, blood sedimentation, and C-reactive protein of the two groups were all significantly decreased compared with those of the pre-treatment period (P<0.05), with a significant decrease in the observation group compared with that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Hot application of Chinese herbal medicine hard paste can improve joint function and reduce pain in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee with qi stagnation and blood stasis, and can be popularized and applied in clinic.

Abstract： Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional interactive teaching method Based on the concept of OBE (Outcome Based Education) in the cultivation of comprehensive quality and ability of clinical nursing undergraduates.Methods 70 undergraduate clinical nursing interns were divided into control grouPand observation group, 35 in each grouPaccording to random number table method. The control grouPreceived routine clinical teaching, and the observation grouPreceived multi-dimensional interactive teaching based on OBE concept. The implementation period of both groups was 1 month. After the implementation, the performance of the two groups' specialized theoretical knowledge and skills operation assessment was observed, and their comprehensive quality and ability of clinical nursing was assessed.Results After 1 month, the theoretical and technical performance of the observation grouPwas higher than that of the control grouP(P＜0.05). The evaluation of clinical nursing comprehensive quality and ability of nursing students was higher than that of control grouP(P＜0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional interactive teaching method based on the OBE concept can effectively stimulate the learning interest of nursing students, improve the mastery of specialized knowledge, and improve the comprehensive quality and ability of clinical nursing such as independent learning, clinical management ability, clinical nursing thinking, teamwork and nurse-patient communication, which can be promoted and applied in clinical teaching practice.

Abstract： Objective To investigate the application value of stone needle combined with manual massage in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation. Methods A total of 30 patients with mastitis who came to our hospital from June to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, all of whom were treated with stone Needle combined with massage and milk extraction technique, and then the treatment results were evaluated. The results showed that the recovery rate reached 40.00% on the first day, 26.00% on the second day, and 33.00% on the third day, which means that after 3 days of treatment, all patients have recovered. Conclusion The application of needle and stone combined massage technique to the treatment of mastitis has obtained good therapeutic effect, which is an effective measure to relieve symptoms and dredge milk collars, and is worthy of clinical application.

Abstract： Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Ziwu Liuzhu Bagua acupoint combined with traditional Chinese medicine Re Yan Bao in treating constipation symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure of Qi and Yin deficiency type.Methods A treatment study was conducted on 80 patients with chronic heart failure and constipation of Qi Yin deficiency type admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group, using a digital table method. The control group received routine treatment and care, while the observation group received treatment with the combination of Ziwu Liuzhu Bagua acupoints and traditional Chinese medicine Re Yan Bao on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall clinical effective rate of the study group patients who received treatment with the combination of Ziwu Liuzhu Bagua acupoints and traditional Chinese medicine Re Yan Bao was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Ziwu Liuzhu Bagua acupoints and traditional Chinese medicine Re Yan Bao has significant advantages in the treatment of constipation in patients with chronic heart failure of Qi Yin deficiency type.

Abstract： This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying cupping therapy to a patient with lumbar disc herniation. During the hospitalization of the patient, traditional Chinese medicine was used to treat cupping, and acupoints were selected based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine meridians. Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion and scraping therapy on limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke limb dysfunction in the third area of the Department of Encephalopathy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (30 cases) was given moxibustion combined with routine treatment, and the study group (30 cases) was given warm moxibustion and scraping therapy combined with routine treatment. The intervention effect, limb and motor function and Barthel index of the two groups were analyzed respectively.Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher (p<0.05). The scores of MRC, TCT and Barthel in the study group were higher than those in the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion scraping therapy combined with routine therapy can effectively improve limb dysfunction after stroke, and can effectively improve limb function and quality of life of patients, which is easy to be popularized in clinic and has a good prospect.

Abstract： Objective To explore the application effect of auricular gua Sha combined with auricular magnetic sticking in patients with diabetic constipation.Methods 60 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with constipation were collected from Endocrinology Department of Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and were randomly assigned to control group (30 cases) to receive oral lactulose oral solution treatment, and test group (30 cases) to receive auracupoint gua Sha combined with auracupoint magnetic paste treatment. After 8 weeks of intervention, the efficacy, constipation score, plasma indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, and statistical analysis was performed by SPSS24.0 software.Results Compared with before treatment, the frequency of weekly defecation increased, the levels of constipation symptom score, vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), nitric oxide (NO), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) decreased, and Substance P (SP) increased in 2 groups after treatment. Compared with the control group, the test group had shorter first defecation time, lower constipation symptom score, lower VIP, NO and 5-HT levels, more weekly defecation times and higher SP level (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion auricular gua Sha combined with auricular magnetic patch is effective in treating diabetic constipation.

Abstract： Objective To understand the research focus and development trend of prev-enting and treating postoperative urinary retention with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The related literatures on prevention and treatment of postoperative urinary retention by traditional Chinese medicine from January 1, 2002 to December 31, 2022 in China H-owNet, Wanfang, Weipu and China Biomedical Literature Database were searched. NoteEx-press is used to merge and eliminate duplication, and CiteSpace 6.2.R3 software is used to visually analyze authors, institutions and keywords and draw knowledge maps.Results A total of 1769 articles were included, and the overall number of published articles show-ed an upward trend. China Journal of Anorectal Diseases (61 articles) is the most frequen-tly published source journal. The author who has published the most articles is Li Chung-eng (7 articles); A total of 511 institutions were included, of which Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the most published institution. A total of 638 keywords were included, and the keywords with high frequency and intermediary centrality were Ch-inese medicine nursing, acupuncture therapy, mixed hemorrhoids, auricular point pressing beans and curative effect.Conclusion The research focus of TCM prevention and treatme-nt of postoperative urinary retention mainly focuses on TCM nursing, external treatment of TCM and clinical observation and curative effect application of TCM on postoperative ur-inary retention in obstetrics and gynecology and anorectal department, which can promote patients' rapid recovery and improve their quality of life. However, there is a lack of hi-gh-quality literature and related mechanism research. Abstract： This case analysis discussed the nursing process of a patient with diabetes complicated with acute heart failure. Diabetes combined with heart failure increased the complexity of patients and nursing challenges. Through comprehensive nursing evaluation, the nursing team effectively addressed the physiological and psychological needs of patients. This research aims to analyze the cause of fistula allergic contact dermatitis in hemodialysis patients and the affection of nursing. Abstract： Objective In this study, subjective and objective indicators were used to explore the effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing of chronic disease trajectory mode on the sense of control over life, negative emotions and complications of maintenance hemodialysis patients from three dimensions.Methods A total of 200 patients with maintenance hemodialysis who were treated in the dialysis room of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given clinical psychological nursing, and the experimental group was given multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention in the mode of slow disease trajectory. Subjective indicators were used: Personal Mastery Scale (PMS), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and objective indicators complications were evaluated before and after the intervention.Results After intervention, PMS scores in 2 groups were higher than before intervention, and the test group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After intervention, the HADS score of both groups was decreased compared with that before intervention, and the reduction of experimental group was greater than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). During the 5-month intervention period, the complication rate of the control group was 35.35%, 2.47times that of the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The multi-disciplinary collaborative nursing of chronic disease trajectory can improve the sense of control over life of MHD patients, reduce their negative emotions, reduce the occurrence of long-term complications, and contribute to the recovery of the disease and the improvement of life quality.

Abstract：目的 观察中药外敷覆盖石膏膜联合红光治疗在膝痹病上的应用效果。方法 将患者分为两组，各60人，对照组只应用中药外敷加红光治疗，实验组在中药外敷的基础上覆盖石膏膜再加红光治疗。根据患者疼痛评分和功能评分Lysholm，评估治疗效果。结果 疼痛评分较前明显降低，功能评分Lysholm较前明显提升，实验组较高，具有统计学差异，p<0.05。结论 中药外敷覆盖石膏膜联合红光治疗在膝痹病治疗上有明显提升，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract： Abstract: Objective: To analyze the nursing effect of wet dressing combined with growth factor gel in dressing change nursing for trauma; Methods: The study selected 82 cases of traumatic dressing change patients admitted to our hospital from April 2023 to June 2023 as the observation objects. According to the admission time, they were divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was nursed with wet dressing, and the study group was nursed with growth factor gel on the basis of the control group.
