Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of auricular gua Sha combined with auricular magnetic sticking in patients with diabetic constipation.Methods 60 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with constipation were collected from Endocrinology Department of Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and were randomly assigned to control group (30 cases) to receive oral lactulose oral solution treatment, and test group (30 cases) to receive auracupoint gua Sha combined with auracupoint magnetic paste treatment. After 8 weeks of intervention, the efficacy, constipation score, plasma indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, and statistical analysis was performed by SPSS24.0 software.Results Compared with before treatment, the frequency of weekly defecation increased, the levels of constipation symptom score, vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), nitric oxide (NO), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) decreased, and Substance P (SP) increased in 2 groups after treatment. Compared with the control group, the test group had shorter first defecation time, lower constipation symptom score, lower VIP, NO and 5-HT levels, more weekly defecation times and higher SP level (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion auricular gua Sha combined with auricular magnetic patch is effective in treating diabetic constipation.

Abstract: This paper summarized the nursing management of insomnia in a patient with chest paralysis treated with Chinese herbal medicine pillow combined with auricular acupuncture therapy. The patient's sleep quality was evaluated by using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and targeted TCM treatment and nursing were carried out to reduce the patient's insomnia symptoms.

Abstract: This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with pain caused by periarthritis of the shoulder treated with the combined application of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) characteristic nursing techniques. Followed by the auricular acupoint massage, the auricular acupoint blood-letting therapy was performed to relieve the shoulder pain and discomfort. The auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy showed a long-term stimulation effect, while the balanced cupping therapy was able to enhance the local stimulation effect. The combined application of TCM characteristic nursing techniques are effective in relief of pain in patients with acute periarthritis of the shoulder, which is worthy of promoting.
