Abstract： Objective: To prove that insulin pump can better control blood sugar and delay the occurrence of diabetes complications, and to provide evidence for clinical nursing. Methods: Through literature search, it was found that insulin pump was an input device controlled by artificial intelligence, which could simulate the characteristics of insulin secretion in the body, and its effect on blood sugar control had been confirmed by a large number of studies [1]. The patients were given comprehensive care during the treatment period and the effects were analyzed. Results: Through blood glucose monitoring and diet of the patient seven times a day, timely adjustment of the pre-meal large dose and basic amount of insulin pump, the blood glucose of the patient was better controlled, the probability of hypoglycemia and complications was reduced, and the quality of life was improved. Conclusion: Insulin pump is an effective method for the treatment of diabetes, with comprehensive nursing intervention, in clinical very important, become the first choice for the treatment of diabetes.
