Results Through precise "targeted" training, the blood return rate of indwelling needle decreased from 54% to 9%. Expected goal achieved. After the implementation of the activity, the operation of indwelling needle is more refined and standardized. Conclusions Through the use of quality control circle to explore the true cause, find out the precise problem to carry out "targeted" training to improve the professional ability of nurses, from "good puncture" to "good quality of indwelling", reduce the incidence of blood return of indwelling needle, increase transfusion safety.
