Methods CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, Embase, Pubmed, Conchrane database were retrieved, and the randomized controlled clinical trial of TCM emotional nursing on psychosomatic rehabilitation early-stage CRC patients after radical surgery from 2010 to 2022 was collected. The literatures that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for data extraction and quality evaluation. Meta analysis was conducted through RevMan5.3 statistical software. Results Totally 13 studies were included, and 1034 patients were enrolled. Meta-analysis results showed that TCM emotional nursing could significantly reduce the scores of anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) of patients after intervention compared with conventional nursing, and could improve the quality of life, sleep, pain of patients, and improve the compliance and satisfaction of nursing and cancer treatment. Conclusion TCM emotional nursing could promote the psychosomatic rehabilitation of early-stage CRC patients after radical surgery, but it still needs to further improve the quality of research, optimize and integrate the nursing practice process and details, and strive to obtain higher level of evidence, so as to better help patients benefit.

Each hospital will extract 5 nursing records of critical patients, and exclude medical records with less than 3 days recording. Finally, the quality of the selected 175 nursing records were investigated, and the quality defects discovered were analyzed. Results: The average score of writing quality of 175 nursing records was 82.12 points. And the quality defects occurred 917 times, including 76 times(8.29%) quality defects in ADL Assessment Scale and 106 times (11.56%) quality defects in Temperature Chart, and quality defects occurred most up to 720 times(78.52%) in Nursing Record Sheet. Nursing record defects mainly appears in 6 areas: incorrect recording of time limit, lack of specialized nursing connotation, nonstandard TCM technology records, untidy handwriting, nonstandard signatures, and other problems. Conclusion: The overall quality of nursing documents for critical patients in Beijing TCM hospitals has been improved. Critical patients’ nursing document quality defects still occur frequently, and the types of quality defects are complex. Improvements should be made from instituting standards in detail, implementing tabular electronic medical records, and strengthening the training of nurses’ comprehensive capabilities. The management department should attach great importance to the quality of nursing document writing and analyze reasons for the defects and take effective measures.
