Abstract: To design an auricular acupoint probe with adjustable probe angle, in order to detect the positive points of special parts of auricle more accurately. The probe rod is composed of a hand-held handle, a connecting rod and a probe. The characteristics of the probe are as follows: a primary angle adjusting device is provided at the connection of the hand-held handle and the connecting rod, and a secondary angle adjusting device is provided at the connecting end of the connecting rod and the probe. The probe is convenient for the operator to fix the hole in the special part of the earlobe, and is more beneficial to the operator to save force. The probe is easy to operate and suitable for all kinds of patients. It has good clinical application prospect and is worth popularizing.

Abstract:目的 总结1例轻度焦虑伴药物依赖失眠患者耳穴三序疗法临床疗效病例报告。方法 采用耳郭按摩、刮痧、耳穴贴压的耳穴三序疗法进行治疗,每周两次,分别周三、周日上午各一次,10次一个疗程,共治疗24次近两个半疗程。结果 耳穴三序疗法治疗后,PSQI量表评分由18分降为7分,SAS量表评分由58分降为26分,患者停药,焦虑及失眠痊愈,3个月后随访无复发。结论 通过耳穴三序疗法治疗能有效改善轻度焦虑伴药物依赖失眠患者的临床症状,可为临床治疗轻度焦虑及药物依赖失眠患者提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of a three-step auricular acupoint therapy in the treatment of primary tinnitus. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with primary tinnitus were retrospectively analyzed. Key issues in implementation of three-step auricular acupoint therapy and related nursing were summarized. Results The score of Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire(TEQ) was lower after treatment compared with that before treatment (P<0.05). The score of Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI) dropped form (32.63±11.67) before treatment to(32.63±11.67) after treatment, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The marked effective rate was 52.17%(12/23) after 2 courses of treatment. Conclusion The three-step auricular acupoint therapy, consisting of auricular massage, auricular scraping therapy, and auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy by syndrome differentiation, is an easy-to-operate and effective therapy for primary tinnitus. It is able to tonify liver and kidney, dredging collaterals and relieving the symptoms of tinnitus.

Abstract: This article mainly reported a case of allergic rhinitis of spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome treated by the three-step auricular acupoint therapy. The three-step auricular acupoint therapy refers to a combination of auricular massage, auricular scraping therapy, and auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy which applied in a particular sequence. By stimulating correlated auricular acupoint, the three-step auricular acupoint therapy is effective to relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis and improve the immunity of the patient.

Abstract: Auricular acupoint therapy, as an appropriate technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing operation, has a certain curative effect in preventing and treating common gynecological diseases. The paper reviewed the auricular acupoint therapy in prevention and treatment of common gynecological diseases from six aspects of menstrual disorders, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, primary dysmenorrhea, perimenopausal syndrome, acute mastitis, and breast hyperplasia, in order to provide a certain reference for the treatment of gynecological diseases by external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.
