Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) collapse stains in the treatment of lower extremity. Methods Totally 60 patients with lower-extremity erysipelas were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received basic treatment and routine care, and those in the observation group were given TCM collapse stains. The treatment effect and patient satisfaction were evaluated and compared between groups. Results?? The total effective rate of intervention was 96.67%(29/30)in the observation group, which was significant higher than 86.67%(26/30) in the control group(P<0.05). The patient satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the basic treatment and routine care, the TCM collapse stains is potentially effective to improve the treatment outcome of lower-extremity erysipelas and patient satisfaction.
