Abstract: this paper summarizes a case of sigmoid colon carcinoma with closed loops complete intestinal obstruction colonoscopy stent implantation combined surgical treatment of nursing experience, through the preoperative evaluation, intestinal preparation, psychological care, postoperative close observation of vital signs and auxiliary characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine technology treatment, patients postoperative recovery is good, without complications. For patients with sigmoid carcinoma combined with complete intestinal obstruction, intestinal stents are first to relieve obstruction, and then preoperative intestinal preparation is done to create conditions for the first operation. Combined with perioperative period and nursing content, effectively reduce complications, reduce patients' pain, and achieve significant clinical effects.

Abstract: Objective To investigate pre-examination and triage managements of outpatient of the dental clinic in general hospitals during the normalization prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic. Methods According to the relevant guidelines for epidemic prevention and control, combined with the situation of dental clinic, a series of management plans for pre-examination and triage were developed, and the changes of outpatient distribution were analyzed statistically. Results From June to August 2020, the total number of outpatients in dental clinic was 3821, among whom, 3776 (98.82%) patients had normal temperature and their epidemiological questionnaire were negative. No suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patients were appeared, and no emergency management plan was carried out in the dental clinic. Conclusion The management plan of pre-examination and triage management in dental clinic, based on epidemiological investigation and risk classification of dental treatment, was conducive to screening high-risk patients, and improve efficiency.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of case-based learning(CBL) combined with problem-based learning(PBL) in clinical teaching and practice of cerebrospinal fluid drainage for nurses. Methods According to the sequence of training, totally 17 nurses who participated in the standardized training of cerebrospinal fluid drainage were divided into two groups: 10 cases in the control group and 17 cases in the study group. The conventional teaching model was adopted in the control group, while a combined teaching methods of CBL and PBL was used in the study group. Theoretical and practical assessment results were compared between two groups. Results Nurses in the study group had higher scores of assessment on theoretical knowledge, practical skills and health education compared with those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion? The combination of CBL and PBL teaching method is effective to improve the quality of teaching and standardized training of cerebrospinal fluid drainage. It is able to inspire the nurses" initiative to learn, participate and interact actively.
