    Abstract:

    Peptic Ulcer is one of the most common chronic gastrointestinal disease with complicated pathogenesis. Most of the patients are in the age range of 20-50 years old, if we want to improve the curative effect, we should pay attention to the development of nursing work, and reduce its cyclical development and the occurrence of the probability. Based on this, this article reviews the progress of nursing research on peptic ulcer diseases for reference of relevant scholars.

  • Nursing study of ERCP+EST+bile duct stenting in patients treating common bile duct stenosis

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the care of ERCP+EST+bile duct stenting in the treatment of common bile duct stenosis. Methods A total of 70 patients admitted to our department from January 2020 to December 2021 were treated with ERCP+EST+ bile duct stenting. The nursing research experience is obtained, including preoperative nursing, intraoperative cooperation, postoperative nursing, etc. Results 70 patients improved their preoperative examinations, did a good job in psychological care and intraoperative cooperation between patients and their families, and postoperative specialized nursing improved the success rate of surgery (accounting for 92%), reduced postoperative complications (accounting for 4%), shortened the length of hospitalization (accounting for 96%), and reduced hospitalization costs (accounting for 96%). Conclusion ERCP+EST+bile duct stenting is the best treatment for common bile duct stenosis at present. Strengthening preoperative care, strict aseptic operation, proficiency in ERCP operation technology, tacit cooperation of medical care and postoperative care are the basis for ensuring the success rate of surgery.

  • Progress in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis in remission

    Abstract: Ulcerative Colitis is an inflammatory bowel disease that occurs repeatedly and is difficult to treat throughout life. Treatment in remission alternates with the onset of the disease. Treatment in remission can reduce the recurrence of the ulcerative colitis and reduce the risk of colon cancer. In clinic, the methods of maintaining remission period include Western medicine, traditional Chinese Medicine, sports, emotion and so on. Western medicine has ulcerative colitis side effects and needs to be improved. In this article, we will review the research progress in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis by Chinese medicine in recent years. From the perspective of Chinese Medicine Treatment and nursing, how can Chinese medicine help chronic ulcerative colitis, at the same time, the deficiency of the current research and the future work are discussed.
