Abstract: Objective: To prove that insulin pump can better control blood sugar and delay the occurrence of diabetes complications, and to provide evidence for clinical nursing. Methods: Through literature search, it was found that insulin pump was an input device controlled by artificial intelligence, which could simulate the characteristics of insulin secretion in the body, and its effect on blood sugar control had been confirmed by a large number of studies [1]. The patients were given comprehensive care during the treatment period and the effects were analyzed. Results: Through blood glucose monitoring and diet of the patient seven times a day, timely adjustment of the pre-meal large dose and basic amount of insulin pump, the blood glucose of the patient was better controlled, the probability of hypoglycemia and complications was reduced, and the quality of life was improved. Conclusion: Insulin pump is an effective method for the treatment of diabetes, with comprehensive nursing intervention, in clinical very important, become the first choice for the treatment of diabetes.

Abstract: This article reviewed the treatment effect of Chinese herbal ointment and massage in relief of limb numbness and pain in a patient with diabetes mellitus and arthralgia. Key issues of nursing included dietary guidance, symptom care, exercise intervention and standard procedure for acupoint selection, osmotic medium selection and massage. According to the nursing by syndrome differentiation, the Chinese herbal ointment and massage is effective to relieve the limb symptoms of patients with diabetes mellitus and arthralgia.
