Subjects: Nursing >> Nursing submitted time 2023-12-19

Abstract: Objective To investigate the application value of stone needle combined with manual massage in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation. Methods A total of 30 patients with mastitis who came to our hospital from June to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, all of whom were treated with stone Needle combined with massage and milk extraction technique, and then the treatment results were evaluated. The results showed that the recovery rate reached 40.00% on the first day, 26.00% on the second day, and 33.00% on the third day, which means that after 3 days of treatment, all patients have recovered. Conclusion The application of needle and stone combined massage technique to the treatment of mastitis has obtained good therapeutic effect, which is an effective measure to relieve symptoms and dredge milk collars, and is worthy of clinical application.

  • Nursing Experience of a Case of Membranous Nephropathy with Acute Myocardial Infarction and Lower Extremity Arterial Embolism

Subjects: Nursing >> Nursing submitted time 2023-09-30

Abstract: The nursing care of a patient with membranous nephropathy complicated with acute myocardial infarction and lower extremity arterial embolism was reported. Patients with membranous nephropathy are prone to hypercoagulation, which is a risk factor for lower limb arterial thrombosis. In this case, the patient can get the best treatment and reduce the complications by giving quality care throughout the whole process. This nursing measure is worthy of clinical application.

  • Nursing study of ERCP+EST+bile duct stenting in patients treating common bile duct stenosis

Subjects: Nursing >> Nursing submitted time 2022-09-06

    Abstract:

Objective To investigate the care of ERCP+EST+bile duct stenting in the treatment of common bile duct stenosis. Methods A total of 70 patients admitted to our department from January 2020 to December 2021 were treated with ERCP+EST+ bile duct stenting. The nursing research experience is obtained, including preoperative nursing, intraoperative cooperation, postoperative nursing, etc. Results 70 patients improved their preoperative examinations, did a good job in psychological care and intraoperative cooperation between patients and their families, and postoperative specialized nursing improved the success rate of surgery (accounting for 92%), reduced postoperative complications (accounting for 4%), shortened the length of hospitalization (accounting for 96%), and reduced hospitalization costs (accounting for 96%). Conclusion ERCP+EST+bile duct stenting is the best treatment for common bile duct stenosis at present. Strengthening preoperative care, strict aseptic operation, proficiency in ERCP operation technology, tacit cooperation of medical care and postoperative care are the basis for ensuring the success rate of surgery.

  • Nursing study of the method of endoscopic jejunal nutrition tube insertion

Subjects: Nursing >> Nursing submitted time 2022-09-06

    Abstract:

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of jejunal nutrition tubes inserted into jejunum through therapeutic mirror accessory tubes for enteral nutrition. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 90 patients with endoscopic placement of jejunal nutrition tubes in the Oriental Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022, of which 60 patients were treated with jejunal nutrition tubes placed through oral biopsy hole forceps to jejunum (referred to as therapeutic lens group), and 30 patients were nasogascopically transnasal transnasal guide filament direct vision foreign body clamp clamping jejunal nutrition tube method (referred to as nasogastrometry group). Results All 90 patients were successfully placed in the upper section of the jejunum and successfully underwent enteral nutrition. The patient tolerated well during the catheterization process, and all patients were successfully placed at once. Nasogascopic group compared with therapeutic microscope group: the catheterization time is 15-60min compared with 5-30min, and the average 30min is 15min; The average depth of the tube was (10010)cm ratio (12010)cm; After catheterization, all patients have a good tolerance to enteral nutrition, the nutritional status of the patient has been significantly improved, and no extubation is required due to discomfort or inability to tolerate indwelling nutritional tubes; None of the complications such as perforation, gastrointestinal bleeding, and abdominal pain occurred. Conclusion The method of placing jejunal nutrition tube under the guidance of the guide wire of the transtherapy mirror accessory pipe has the advantages of short time and deeper catheter than the method of clamping the jejunal nutrition tube under the direct view of the nasogastric lens, and also has the characteristics of small trauma, easy operation, safety and high success rate, and is convenient for nursing, easy to accept patients, and is worthy of promotion and use by clinicians.

  • Nursing study of cold resection of colon polypecy snare and endoscopic mucosal resection

Subjects: Nursing >> Nursing submitted time 2022-09-06

    Abstract:

Objective To analyze the effect of endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) and cold snare polypectomy (CSP) in the treatment of colon polyps. Methods A total of 200 patients with colon polyps admitted to the Oriental Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and 100 cases (154 polyps) were divided into EMR group (172 polyps) and 100 cases (154 polyps) in the CSP group according to the random number table method. The two groups of polyp resection time, complication rate, polyp complete resection rate, specimen recovery rate, polyp recurrence rate and polyp regeneration rate were compared and analyzed. Results 154 polyps were removed in the CSP group and 172 polyps in the EMR group, and there was no statistical significance in the comparison of the complete resection rate and specimen recovery rate in the two groups (P>0.05). The polyp excision time in the CSP group was shorter than that in the EMR group (P<0.05), and the complication rate difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Six months after surgery, there was no significant difference in the incidence of polyp recurrence and polyp regeneration in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion CSP treatment of colon polyps can shorten the operation time, and the complete resection rate, recurrence rate, polyp regeneration rate and safety of polyps are similar to EMR.
