Abstract: This article summarizes the clinical efficacy of manual lactation in the treatment of early acute mastitis patients. Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, through the implementation of manual lactation treatment, combined with the five elements music therapy and traditional Chinese medicine Tonic Diet, it can effectively relieve the breast pain of patients, eliminate the accumulated milk, reduce the pressure on the local breast duct, narrow the range of breast lumps and skin redness, promote lactation, alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, and improve the success rate of breast feeding.

Abstract: This article summarizes the case of a severe anti-NMDAR encephalitis patient whose condition gradually stabilized after undergoing first-line and second-line immunotherapy,antiepileptic treatment,respiratory support,and other symptomatic treatments with Western medicine.During the recovery period,the patient received comprehensive intervention including routine Western medical care and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing techniques such as consuming TCM decoctions to invigorate qi,promote blood circulation,and dredge the collaterals;applying acupoint application therapy to clear heat and transform phlegm;receiving tuina massage for constipation and acupoint massage to relieve constipation and abdominal distension;and using TCM oral care to clear heat and detoxify, thereby preventing infection.After 29 days of treatment and nursing care,the patient’s daily living abilities,sputum characteristics,constipation status,and anxiety and depression significantly improved,leading to the patient’s eventual discharge from the hospital upon recovery.The experience is summarized below,aiming to provide a reference for clinical nursing.

Abstract: This paper summarises the nursing experience of a patient with chest paralysis and cardiac pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type improved by traditional Chinese medicine patch combined with intradermal needle therapy.Based on the theory of TCM evidence-based care,a personalised care plan was formulated for the patient.For patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis-type paralytic cardiac pain in the exacerbation period,the Chinese medicine patch combined with intradermal needle therapy combined with general nursing care was implemented,which helped to reduce the time needed for treatment,effectively improve the symptoms of chest pain,enhance the patients’confidence in overcoming the disease,and improve the quality of life of the patients.

Abstract: This article summarizes the wound nursing experience of a diabetic patient with multiple venous leg ulcers. On the basis of analyzing the etiology and removing the etiology, according to the TIME-H principle of international wound treatment guidelines, Staged treatment in different periods of wound healing to remove the factors affecting wound healing. At the same time, based on evidence-based nursing, a number of scales were used to conduct a comprehensive and quantitative evaluation of patients from the whole to the local, from the physiological to the psychological level, to develop targeted and highlight the individual characteristics and precision of the overall nursing program. Under the cooperation of multiple disciplines, comprehensive nursing interventions such as blood glucose regulation, psychological nursing, pain management and diet and exercise guidance were carried out. Effectively improve the symptoms of patients, accelerate wound healing.
