Abstract： This article reports a case of treating mastitis with manual breast - milk drainage. The 28 - year - old female patient, in lactation, had left - breast distension, pain, and fever, diagnosed with acute mastitis (early - stage). Treated with manual breast - milk drainage, and assessed using a mastitis evaluation scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, the patient saw improved milk drainage, pain reduction, and better sleep quality. No adverse events occurred, and she was satisfied with the treatment. This case report shows that manual breast - milk drainage is effective for mastitis and can inform clinical nursing.

Abstract： This paper summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with lumbar disc herniation using appropriate traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) techniques based on the "flexible sinews and aligned bones" theory. Based on this theory and through TCM syndrome differentiation, auricular point sticking, integrated moxibustion with fire dragon cans, and meridian - dredging and arthralgia - relieving moxibustion were applied. Holistic nursing was carried out in aspects such as syndrome - differentiated diet, functional exercise, daily life, and emotional care. When the patient was discharged, the sinews were soft and not stiff, and the bones were aligned and not curved. The pain symptoms improved, and the range of motion of the waist was enhanced, with remarkable effects.

Abstract：晚期癌症患者常饱受不同程度疼痛困扰，这是病程发展中极为常见的症状。然而，实现早期、规范、全程且有效的镇痛，对当前临床工作仍是挑战。研究显示，近70%的癌痛患者未得到科学镇痛治疗，即便已接受治疗的患者中，43%也未获充分有效治疗或控制，63%的患者还会出现爆发性疼痛。晚期癌症患者规范用药的合理性与依从性直接关乎镇痛成效。本文梳理了癌痛患者阿片类药物服药依从性现状、影响因素及干预策略，旨在提升癌症患者服用镇痛药物的依从性，缓解疼痛，提高舒适度，进而提升生命质量。

Abstract： This study aims to explore the nursing effects and experiences of combining traditional Chinese medicine poultice with manual release techniques in treating patients with persistent pain due to lumbar disc herniation. Through clinical observation and nursing practice on a typical patient with lumbar disc herniation accompanied by persistent pain, we found that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine poultice and manual release techniques can effectively alleviate the patients pain symptoms and improve their quality of life. During the nursing process, we focused on psychological counseling, position care, pain management, and rehabilitation guidance, providing comprehensive and meticulous nursing services. The results show that this treatment plan, combined with meticulous care, significantly increased patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes. This study provides new ideas and methods for the treatment and nursing of patients with persistent pain due to lumbar disc herniation.

Abstract： In this paper, a case of herpes zoster with neuralgia was treated by comprehensive nursing treatment with Chinese ointment and red light irradiation on the basis of routine nursing. Care includes comprehensive assessments, personalized care plans, pain and skin care, and more. After treatment, the patient’s herpes skin scab off, pain significantly relieved, sleep quality improved. This case shows that the combination of Chinese ointment and red light irradiation in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia can relieve pain significantly, promote wound healing, improve the quality of life of patients, and provide reference for clinical nursing.

Abstract： This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with nerve root type cervical spondylosis treated with traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy combined with acupoint massage. Abstract： This article summarizes the care of referred pain in the liver region and stomach of a patient after radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer treated with auricular pressure therapy combined with psychological support.After admission,the patient improved various assessments,based on the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,carried out syndrome differentiation,and implemented integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing interventions such as auricular acupressure,dietary care and psychological support,and the patient’s liver pain and stomach discomfort symptoms were reduced after radiofrequency ablation,and the effect was remarkable.

Abstract：
Objective: To explore the impact of nursing interventions on the sleep quality of patients with chronic pain. Method: 200 patients with chronic pain admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study sample and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received pain care intervention in addition to routine care. Compare the pain scores, quality of life scores, sleep quality scores, and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients before and after nursing care. The pain score and sleep quality score of patients in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those in the control group, while their quality of life score was better than that in the control group, and their nursing satisfaction was also higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Adding pain care interventions to routine nursing plans can effectively reduce pain scores, improve sleep quality and quality of life, and enhance nursing satisfaction in patients with chronic pain.

Abstract：目的 本文总结了1例肝细胞癌肝内转移致右肋疼痛患者的中西医结合护理体会。方法 本研究通过对我院收治的1例肝细胞癌肝内转移引起的右肋疼痛患者进行口服强止痛药、中药膏摩联合砭石治疗的中西医结合护理，观察患者疼痛缓解程度和患者的整体满意度。结果 经过个体化的中西医结合护理干预后，患者的疼痛评分明显下降，癌性疼痛得到有效控制，心理状态明显改善，住院时间缩短，患者满意度提高。结论 对于肝细胞癌肝内转移致右肋疼痛的患者，中西医结合护理能够有效缓解疼痛，改善心理状态，缩短住院时间，提高患者满意度。

Abstract： Objective Through nursing clinical practice and comparative observation, explore the effect of cupping along the meridians on postoperative lower limb pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 134 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were hospitalized in Shandong Wendeng Osteopathic Hospital from January to August 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to the simple random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 67 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with cupping along the meridian. The lumbar spine function score, pain score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 1 week of treatment.Results A total of 67 patients in the observation group and 67 patients in the control group completed the study.
