    基于超细化综合护理干预在肝内胆管癌术后化疗患者负性情绪中的应用

    Abstract:目的 探究超细化综合护理干预在肝内胆管癌术后化疗患者负性情绪中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2023年1月到2024年1月收治的182例肝内胆管癌术后化疗患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=91)和试验组(n=91),对照组进行常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上加上超细化综合护理干预内容,从而比较两组患者干预前后负性情绪、疲乏程度、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果 两组患者经干预后焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分均有显著下降,且试验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(PPPP<0.05)。结论 超细化综合护理干预实施能够帮助肝内胆管癌术后化疗患者改善负性情绪,提高战胜疾病信心,从而减轻癌因性疲乏,提高生存质量与生活质量,通过亲情式细化服务提高患者的满意度。

    Abstract: This article summarizes the nursing care of a lung cancer patient with constipation after chemotherapy treated with needle stone ironing and traditional Chinese medicine penetration. Through scientific nursing evaluation and syndrome differentiation, the patient’s nursing plan is determined. Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the needle stone ironing and rubbing penetration method and acupoint application are used to relieve constipation. At the same time, nursing interventions such as defecation guidance, dietary regulation, exercise, and medication guidance are combined to further improve clinical symptoms and achieve significant therapeutic effects on constipation, The patient is very satisfied..

    Analysis of symptom cluster and influencing factors for patients with gynecological cancer during chemotherapy

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the related symptoms, symptom cluster and influencing factors among patients with gynecological cancer during chemotherapy. Methods A total of 430 inpatients with gynecological cancer treated by chemotherapy were investigated by using the General Information Questionnaire and Chinese version of M. D. Anderson Symptom Inventory (MDASI). Results There were many symptoms in gynecological cancer patients during chemotherapy. The top three symptom incidence were vomiting (91.86%), drowsiness (90.70%) and fatigue (90.00%). The top three incidence of symptomatic distress were walking (76.74%), interpersonal (76.30%) and emotion (72.79%). Four symptom groups were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, namely emotional symptom cluster, disease symptom cluster, fatigue symptom cluster and digestive tract symptom cluster. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that metastasis, family monthly income, recurrence, expected hospital stay, number of chemotherapy, chemotherapy regimen, tumor staging and work status were the influencing factors of symptoms. Conclusion There are many symptoms in gynecological cancer patients during chemotherapy. Clinical nurses should start from the point of view of symptom cluster, and provide effective symptoms management measures for patients, to improve their quality of life.

Conclusion Chinese medicine soak wet combined traditional Chinese medicine therapy can help alleviate symptoms of breast cancer postoperative chemotherapy brothers syndrome, improve patient comfort.

    Case Management of Gastrointestinal Cancer Patients Receiving Chemotherapy under COVID-19

    Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of case management in patients with gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy during COVID-19. Methods According to the COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines issued by the National Health and Health Commission, the case management of gastrointestinal cancer patients with chemotherapy was carried out through a multidisciplinary system. The study data from August 1, 2022 to September 30, 2020 are selected as the observation values, and the study date from June 1, 2012- July 31, 202022 as the reference values. The completion rate of chemotherapy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results From August 1 to September 30, 2022, the completion rate of chemotherapy was increased by 6.51%, and the nursing satisfaction was improved by 6.01%. Conclusion During the epidemic period, through the implementation of the whole case management of gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy patients, on the basis of epidemic prevention and control, to ensure the orderly and standardized chemotherapy, improve the quality of clinical care.

    Plum-blossom needle combined with bloodletting therapy and nursing management for a patient with lower limb peripheral neuropathy caused by postoperative chemotherapy of colorectal cancer

    Abstract: This paper reported the efficacy of plum-blossom needle combined with bloodletting therapy in the treatment of lower limb peripheral neuropathy caused by postoperative chemotherapy of colorectal cancer in a patient, and summarized related nursing measures. Plum-blossom needle therapy was used to tap and stab the collaterals of the legs, Yin collaterals and Yang collaterals alternately, twice a week and Thursday, and three drops of blood were bled to the ten toes of the foot twice a week to dredge the peripheral blood stasis. The numbness and pain of lower limbs were reduced, and the nerve conduction velocity was significantly recovered. From the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine, plum-blossom needle combined with bloodletting therapy is helpful to alleviate the peripheral neuropathy of lower limbs caused by postoperative chemotherapy of colorectal cancer and improve the quality of life of patients.

    探究中医特色护理技术联合健康教育对老年肿瘤患者化疗期间胃肠道反应的影响

    Abstract:目的:探究老年肿瘤患者化疗期间采取中医特色护理技术联合健康教育对其胃肠道反应的影响。方法:本研究收集对象总计68例,均筛选于本院收治并行化疗治疗的老年肿瘤患者,入组对象选取时间为2020年1月至2022年1月间。入组后由专人核查患者病历资料确保无缺失,采用抽签方式分组,对照组与观察组均纳入34例研究对象。在规范化化疗治疗同时,为对照组患者实施常规护理支持,观察组则予以中医特色护理技术联合健康教育,在不同护理干预方案下比较两组患者胃肠道反应发生率。结果:在胃肠道反应发生率比较上两组患者间差异较大,相比较对照组来说,观察组发生率明显较低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年肿瘤患者化疗治疗过程中强化中医特色护理技术与健康教育的应用,能够显著改善患者机体状态,减少胃肠道反应发生,获得患者一致好评。

    Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology in prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in patients with breast cancer

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technology in prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in patients with breast cancer, and its effect in relief of negative emotion. Methods Totally 80 hospitalized patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received anti-nausea drugs treatment and routine care, and those in the study group were given TCM nursing interventions. The gastrointestinal reactions of patients were recorded during the chemotherapy, and the efficacy of intervention in control of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting was evaluated. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was used to evaluate patient anxiety. Results The effective rate of controlling chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). The VAS score dropped in both two groups after intervention, and VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Based on the anti-nausea drugs treatment and routine care, the TCM nursing is able to further improve the efficiency in control of nausea and vomiting and relief of anxiety in patients undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer
