Abstract： This paper summarizes the experience of combining Chinese and Western medicine in clinical care of a post-circulating ischemic patient with hepatic and renal deficiency. Through evaluation of care and diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine, daily care, diet care, On the basis of emotional care, health guidance and other characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, combining head scratching and acupuncture with two special treatment techniques of traditional medicine, carrying out combination of Chinese and Western medicine for diagnosis and treatment, thereby effectively improving the clinical symptoms such as dizziness and poor sleep, improving the comfort of the patient, and improving the quality of daily life of the patient.

Abstract： This paper summarized the nursing experience in a case of chronic renal insufficiency treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) enema and Baduanjin exercise, mainly including patients’ evaluation, putting forward problem routine nursing, special TCM nursing and treatment, etc. The treatment effects were improved, and the symptoms of constipation and fatigue were improved by the treatment and nursing in the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
