Abstract： Through the construction of "one certificate and one product" specialized nursing demonstration ward carried out by our hospital, establishes a Chinese medicine nursing service brand that highlights the characteristics of the elderly. Construct and implement the practice of Total Quality Management (TQM) model in specialized demonstration wards. further improves the level of specialized nursing services, and improves the comprehensive nursing quality of nursing staff.
