Abstract: Gout is a purine metabolic disorder, and there is no radical cure at present. This article expounds the etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of gout from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, and summarizes the dialectical nursing, diet nursing, emotional nursing, complication nursing, health education and other aspects with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent or reduce the recurrence of gout.

Abstract: This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of cervical spondylotic ra⁃ diculopathy with type 2 diabetes. The patient suffered from neck pain and swelling after lowering his head due to overwork, headache and dizziness accompanied by radiating pain in the right up⁃ per limb gradually aggravated. He fell at home due to dizziness, and his feet felt "cotton tread⁃ ing". Through the intervention of symptomatic treatment and nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine, the symptoms of headache and dizziness were relieved and the blood sugar was well controlled, reducing the anxiety of the patient and improving the quality of life of the patient.
