Abstract： This paper summarized the effects of lumbar water tank therapy combined with abdominal ointment on the pain degree and function of lumbar disc herniation in an obese patient, and summarized the nursing experience. Using the physiotherapy effect of water tank therapy and the biochemical effect of drug penetration therapy, to reach the role of warming meridians, promoting blood circulation and removing stasis 1, relieve the symptoms of patients with lumbar pain. At the same time, combined with abdominal ointment to regulate qi and blood, dredge the meridians, accelerate gastrointestinal peristalsis, improve constipation symptoms. Promote weight reduction, reduce the risk of obesity accelerated lumbar degeneration, reduce the pain caused by excessive mechanical load in the waist 2. During the treatment, relevant guidance such as diet care, psychological care and functional exercise should be given to help patients control pain, stop painkillers, recover walking function and return to normal life.

Abstract： With the goal of clinical teaching of specialist nurses, the three-level teaching management structure of nursing department - head of clinical teaching base of dentistry - teaching teacher of teaching group was built in the teaching process, the three-level teaching plan of training syllabus requirements-student needs-base characteristics was formulated, the "one-to-one" mentorship system was implemented for the whole process of off-duty clinical teaching. The plan was implemented by adopting diversified teaching methods such as centralized theoretical lectures, surgical observation, situational simulation teaching and specialized operation simulation exercises, to provide clinical teaching for dental nurses and help students improve their professional skills and comprehensive quality. Clinical operation skills assessment and small lecture assessment were conducted according to the requirements of the Chinese Nursing Association, so that the trainees can better master dental-related knowledge and improve their comprehensive abilities in clinical teaching and scientific research at the same time. Since 2020, we have received more than twenty nurses in two batches, all of whom have successfully completed the course, with a 100% pass rate and 100% satisfaction with the teaching work of our hospital.
