Abstract： In order to further strengthen the standardization and homogenization of nursing care for severe and critical patients and give full play to the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)commissioned the Beijing Office of TCM Nursing Capacity Improvement Project to organize the specialized group to compile Nursing Specification of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for severe and critical patients with COVID-19.This specification elaborates the nursing contents of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for severe and critical patients with COVID-19 in detail,including etiology and pathogenesis,severe/critical high-risk groups,clinical classification and nursing measures,etc.Among them,nursing measures include disease observation and nursing,medication nursing,respiratory support care,prone position treatment and nursing,nutritional support nursing,general nursing,convalescent nursing,etc.This specification is convenient for clinical nurses in various medical institutions to use as reference,and provides reference for clinical application of integrated Chinese and western medicine in nursing severe and critical patients infected with COVID-19.

Abstract： This paper summarized the effect of stone needle therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) collapse stains in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation. On the basis of risk assessment and routine nursing, a TCM external treatment, stone needle therapy combined with TCM collapse stains, was performed according to the TCM syndrome differentiation. The TCM external treatment is effective in relief of inflammation, local pain and symptoms of redness on the skin in patients with acute mastitis during lactation.

Abstract：
This paper summarized the effect of manual lymphatic drainage of the breast combined with auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy in the treatment of breast pain and related nursing measures for a patient with acute mastitis during lactation. Under the guidance of scientific nursing assessment and Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, manual lymphatic drainage of the breast combined with auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy was carried. Comprehensive interventions such as diet?nursing and emotion care were also implemented during the treatment.

Abstract：
This paper summarized the effect observation and nursing management of a patient with acute mastitis and breast abscess treated by Bian stone therapy combined with pricking and blood-letting therapy. Under the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, Bian stone therapy combined with pricking and blood-letting therapy is able to?alleviate?pain?and related symptoms caused by acute mastitis and breast abscess.

Abstract： This paper reported the therapeutic effect of Bian-stone therapy for a patient with with early-stage acute mastitis of Qi-stagnation and heat-obstruction type, and summarized the technical principle and operation process of Bian-stone therapy. Based on the assessment of illness condition and patient physical and psychological status, the Bian-stone therapy was carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms of early-stage acute mastitis, in order to achieve a good prognosis and regain breast-feeding confidence.
