Abstract：本文总结1例甲氨蝶呤化疗后引起PICC过敏性皮炎采用卤米松乳膏涂抹、纱布敷料包裹进行局部护理的护理经验，我们通过护理评估，辨证分析及护理诊断，制定合理的护理方案，经治疗患者症状好转，预防了PICC导管发生感染、导管脱落等严重后果。减轻了患者的痛苦和经济负担。

Abstract： This paper summarized the nursing experience of a child with electrolyte disturbance after craniopharyngioma resection. Postoperative children with craniopharyngioma are prone to electrolyte disorders, and children in serious condition may have demyelination and other symptoms, directly affecting the prognosis. Medical staff should take close observation of the vital signs and consciousness, accurately record the fluid intake and output, monitor changes of body temperature, and reduce secondary damage caused by electrolyte disorders. The diet nursing should be carried out in combination with Traditional Chinese Medicine emotional nursing.
