    Abstract: This article summarizes the effect and nursing experience of two patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and nursing in traditional Chinese medicine, the comprehensive moxibustion treatment of Huolongjar and the routine nursing measures such as dietary guidance, emotional nursing, daily life nursing, and health knowledge education were adopted to effectively improve the clinical symptoms of pain and anxiety of patients.

    Nursing of a patient with acute mastitis during lactation treated by stone needle therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains

    Abstract: This paper summarized the effect of stone needle therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) collapse stains in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation. On the basis of risk assessment and routine nursing, a TCM external treatment, stone needle therapy combined with TCM collapse stains, was performed according to the TCM syndrome differentiation. The TCM external treatment is effective in relief of inflammation, local pain and symptoms of redness on the skin in patients with acute mastitis during lactation.

    Abstract:

    This paper summarized the effect observation and nursing management of a patient with acute mastitis and breast abscess treated by Bian stone therapy combined with pricking and blood-letting therapy. Under the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, Bian stone therapy combined with pricking and blood-letting therapy is able to?alleviate?pain?and related symptoms caused by acute mastitis and breast abscess.

    Clinical observation on effect of external application of Rutong powder in the treatment of acute mastitis at stagnation stage

    Abstract: ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of external application of Rutong powder in the treatment of stagnation stage mastitis. Methods? Totally 60 patients with stagnation stage mastitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in both control group and observation group were treated with milk-ejection manipulation technique, and those in the observation group received the external application of Chinese herbal medicine Rutong powder. Results? The overall effective rate was 96.67%(29/30) in the observation group, which was higher than 83.33%(25/30) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Milk-ejection manipulation technique combined with external application of Rutong powder is effective in relief of symptoms and discomfort in patients with acute mastitis at stagnation stage.
