Abstract:
This paper summarizes the clinical practice of hierarchical traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristic nursing in one patient complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) assisted by intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) for acute inferior and right ventricular myocardial infarction. According to the patient's disease characteristics, the medical team carried out strict circulatory monitoring, bleeding monitoring and control, balanced management of anticoagulation and hemostasis, refined maintenance of various pipelines and prevention of complications. In view of the dual contraindications of bed rest and bleeding, hierarchical TCM characteristic nursing interventions were adopted. After systematic intervention, the patient achieved hemostasis, stable circulation and gradual recovery of cardiac function, and was discharged smoothly.
