Application of no-touch isolation technique in endoscopic surgery and related nursing for a patient with ovarian cancer 后印本

Abstract: This paper summarized the experience of no-touch isolation technique in endoscopic surgery and related nursing for a patient with ovarian cancer. Operating room nurses should fully evaluate the illness condition of the patient before surgery. Based on the principles of tumor-free techniques, several key points of nursing should be followed throughout the operation: non-touch isolation of surgical instruments, shortening time of pneumoperitoneum with carbon dioxide, peritoneal irrigation and others, in order to reduce the cancer cell metastasis and recurrence.
