Abstract:
Intervertebral disc is an important supporting structure of the spine, and its protrusion is an important source of low back pain and sciatica. Lumbar disc herniation is a common syndrome caused by lumbar disc degeneration and fibrous ring rupture, which causes nucleus pulposus herniation to stimulate or compress nerve roots. The specific clinical manifestation is low back pain and numbness. Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease in outpatient service. This paper mainly discusses the main causes of lumbar disc herniation and outpatient nursing strategies.
