Abstract： To summarize the nursing experience of one elderly patient with postoperative endotracheal intubation of suppurative cholecystitis complicated with lung injury who was difficult to detach from the invasive ventilator after the implementation of modified prone position ventilation. The effect of prone position ventilation in the treatment and nursing of elderly patients with suppurative cholecystitis complicated with lung injury after operation ensures the safety of patients before and after prone position ventilation, prevents complications and promotes rehabilitation. Through the close observation of vital signs, the management of sedation and analgesia, the implementation of whole-process management of improved prone position, the nursing of shallow sputum suction in prone position, the nursing of prevention of pressure injury, the nursing of prevention of catheter blockage and pipeline slippage, the psychological nursing of patients and their families, the elderly patients with suppurative cholecystitis complicated with lung injury after surgery can be separated from invasive ventilator treatment as soon as possible. After careful treatment and nursing, the patient with senile suppurative cholecystitis complicated with lung injury was successfully removed from the ventilator assisted ventilation after the modified prone position ventilation. After the operation, the patient inhaled oxygen in the 10th astronomical dome, with oxygen concentration of 40%, oxygen flow of 8L/min, blood oxygen saturation of 100%, clear mind, stable condition, and transferred to the surgical ward for further treatment, with good recovery effect.

Abstract： Stomach pain is a common gastric disease caused by external evil spirits, diet, emotional disorders, visceral dysfunction, etc., resulting in qi stagnation and stomach loss. Pain in the near heart socket of the abdomen and stomach is the main manifestation. With the continuous progress and development of society, the state vigorously promotes and inherits the development of traditional Chinese medicine. The author consults relevant literatures. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that stomach pain is mainly caused by emotional disorders and unhealthy diet. In addition, the body""s perception of external evils, which leads to the weakness of the spleen and stomach. This disease is common. Empirical or deficiency is common. Clinical research shows that the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in the nursing of spleen and stomach diseases is good, with the advantages of fast effect, simple operation, wide application range, low cost and easy acceptance to patients [1]. It can relieve patients"" tension and anxiety, treat or alleviate patients"" pain symptoms, promote patients"" recovery, and improve patients"" satisfaction with medical treatment. This article analyzes the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing application of epigastric pain, summarizes the current situation, and analyzes the future research progress.
