Abstract: Objective To construct continuous nursing quality evaluation indicators for inflammatory bowel disease patients, and to provide a basis for the evaluation of continuing care quality. Methods The first draft of evaluation indicator was constructed through literature review and qualitative interview, based on the three-dimensional quality management model of "structure-process-result". The first draft was revised through 2 rounds of Delphi technique, and the indicator weight was calculated by analytic hierarchy process. Results Total 15 experts completed 2 rounds of consultation. The questionnaire recovery rates were 100%; the expert authority coefficients were 0.930 and 0.919, respectively. Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.149 and 0.177 (P < 0.05). The average value of each indicator ranged from 4.33 to 5. The final nursing quality indicator system of continuing care of inflammatory bowel disease included 3 first-level indicators, 10 secondary-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation indicators of continuous care for patients with inflammatory bowel disease constructed in this study are scientific, reliable and practical, and it can provide references for the evaluation of continuing care quality for patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
